Venice Trip 2022

In June of 2022 we took 12 of our participants to Venice Beach for the first time. We skated at the Venice Skatepark, had lunch at Venice Alehouse, and walked around the boardwalk.

Using skateboarding as a way to expose our girls to new places they have never been is a fun and adventurous experience. We use skateboarding as a tool to enhance educational opportunities in neighboring communitities and expose our participants to new cultural experiences while also promoting independence.
